Will you respond to every comment left on my posts?
We'll respond to comments when appropriate. Most often, it may be a "like" or emoji left on the comment. We won’t respond to spammy comments.
Do you respond to messages in my inbox?
If you’re receiving repetitive questions in your inbox, you can provide us with a templated response that we’ll use as a guideline to ensure we’re responding appropriately on behalf of your brand. Otherwise, we’ll notify you of new questions so you can respond.
What if I have several social media accounts I want to use this for?
If you want inbox monitoring on multiple accounts, please purchase this service as many times as you need. For example, if you need monitoring on three accounts, you can purchase this service three times.
How often will I hear from my pro?
Your pro will submit regular project status updates to keep you informed on where things are at with your project. If you have a question for your pro outside of those regular updates, you can send them a message through your dashboard. They’ll respond within 1-2 business days.
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple. After you purchase, you’ll fill out a short project brief questionnaire to give your pro the info they need to get started. Once the questionnaire is submitted, your pro will send you a message within 1-2 business days to let you know they’re getting started or to ask further questions.
